How our bookings work

£50 – Payable at the time of booking your consultation. 

This is deducted from the treatment cost if you proceed. 

Top-Up session (within 3 years of last treatment): £180

Depending on what is needed, sessions booked after 3 years may be charged at a higher rate and sometimes at the full treatment price.

• £50 deposit required to secure all bookings.
• Payment accepted by bank transfer or cash only. No card payments accepted.
• Full payment must be received prior to treatment unless paying in cash on the day.

For new clients, a single £50 booking fee is required. This fee secures your consultation or treatment appointment, and if you decide to proceed, it is deducted from your treatment cost.

For all appointments, including treatments, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will result in the fee being forfeited.

For existing clients returning for top-ups, no booking fee is required. However, we still ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If less notice is given, we reserve the right to charge a £50 fee for the missed appointment to compensate for the lost slot. We do understand that emergencies happen; if you need to cancel due to illness, a family emergency, or sudden childcare issues, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help and reschedule.
